大清乾隆年制款，此器型塑大，端庄典雅，瓶颈上部位施胭脂粉釉打底，使用珍贵的珐琅彩料绘皮球花卉，颜色纯净，艳丽华贵，腹部施天青地描金寿字纹，寓意＂百寿福神”八方寿考，平安多福，开光鎏金，古典人物，“凸雕”绘制形神兼备，栩栩如生，底钤＂大清乾隆年制＂鎏金雕刻篆书款。整器工艺精湛，不惜工本，集凸印、珐琅彩绘、金彩等多种装饰工艺于一身，手法多样，色彩丰富，意涵深刻，属于皇太后大寿御供神品。
