一刀平五千又称“金错刀”，因刀币身上有错金的两个字“一刀”，与契刀五百一样都是王莽篡汉后更铸的货币，金错刀是中国最早使用，而且也是唯一用错金工艺制成的钱币，制作精美、造型奇特、存世稀少。在古代，金错刀还被当作男女之间的定情信物，留下了“美人赠我金错刀，何以报之英琼瑶”的佳句。此枚一刀平五千长度7.3厘米，重量28.3克，保存完好，包浆自然，质地清晰，具有较高的历史价值和收藏价值。

Yidao ping5000 is also known as "jincuodao". Because there are two words "Yidao" on the Dao coin, which are inlaid with gold.
