钱面文字"嘉庆通宝"以楷书书写，从上而下而右而左直读。钱背满文左"宝"，右记局名19字。少数钱背星月纹以及记地或吉祥汉字(如:桂、福、寿、康、宁)，吉语背文如:"天子万年"、"国泰民安"、"天下太平"、"日日生财"、"嘉庆万岁"、"唯和唯一"、"如卖三倍"、"四方来贺"、"五世同堂"等多达20种，为历代古泉所仅见。

Description：
The character“Jiaqing Tongbao” is written in regular script and read from top to bottom and right to left. Qian back full text left“Treasure”, Right Note Bureau name 19 words. A few Chinese characters (such as Gui, Fu, Shou, Kang, Ning) , auspicious language such as: “Long live the son of heaven”, “Peace”, “Peace in the world”, “Every day brings wealth”, “Long live Jiaqing”, “Only and only”, “Such as selling three times”, “Four parties to congratulate”, “Five generations together” and so on up to 20 kinds, for the ancient spring seen only.
