Description

This silver coin, known as the "Guangdong Province Made Guangxu Yuanbao Kuping Seven Coins and Three Fens," features four Chinese characters for "Guangxu Yuanbao," inscribed on the obverse bead circle. The upper ring of the bead circle is English for "Guangdong Province," while the lower ring is Chinese for "Seven Coins and Three Fens," with four small flowers on both sides. The center of the back features a coiled dragon pattern, with ten Chinese characters: "Made in Guangdong Province" and "Kuping Seven Coins and Three Fens". After the "Seven Coin Series" silver coins entered the market for circulation, they were often collected or melted down due to their weight being one point heavier than foreign silver coins circulating on the market at that time. On the contrary, they were rare in the market and had immeasurable value in collecting mechanism coins and currency historical materials, making them extremely precious!
