Description

This bronze gilded statue of the Mother Buddha is adorned with a crown, a high bun, slightly closed eyes, curved eyebrows and long eyes, ears and drooping shoulders, flowers on both shoulders, and a dignified demeanor. The upper body is straight and slender, with a thin skirt fitted to the body. The arm is adorned with a bracelet, and the left finger is tied to the chest with three precious seals. The right hand is given a wish seal, and the right foot is extended, stepping on a lotus flower and sitting comfortably on the lotus flower. The design is dignified, and the back is engraved with the year of the Ming Dynasty's Yongle.
