In the 28th year of the Guangxu reign (1902), Jiangxi established the Jiangxi Official Money Bureau due to a lack of money production and sluggish market turnover, and later established official bank accounts. The following year, the Jiangxi Official Money Bureau merged with the official bank account to form the Jiangxi Official Bank Money General Account. In addition to issuing official tickets, the Jiangxi official silver coins also cast silver ingots on behalf of various counties. These silver ingots with the stamp of "Jiangxi Official Silver Bureau" are an important variety in the collection of silver ingots.
