贺天健 1959年作《溪桥访友》，在这幅画中，可以看到，既有梅瞿山清奇超逸的造型，亦有王石谷生辣苍雄的用笔，更依稀能见到巨然僧峰峦的浑厚华滋，前人的笔墨技巧一经贺氏手笔，就立刻转化成了他本人的面目，其笔墨，有雄浑苍茫的一面，更有清逸松秀的一面。画面中深厚雄伟的山水间，弥漫着一股昂然超逸的气息，一如贺氏本人超迈而不乏激越的个性。贺天健（1891年—1977年），原名贺骏，又名贺炳南，字健叟，别署健父、阿难等，江苏无锡人。他幼年时期就展现出对绘画的浓厚兴趣，并通过实地写生领悟画理，形成了自己独特的艺术风格。In 1959, He Tianjian wrote "Visiting Friends at the Creek Bridge". His brush and ink have a majestic and vast side, as well as a clear and elegant side. Amidst the profound and majestic mountains and waters in the picture, there is a sense of awe inspiring and transcendent aura, just like He Shi's own extraordinary and passionate personality. He Tianjian (1891-1977), originally named He Jun, also known as He Bingnan, with the courtesy name Jian Su, was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu. He was also known as Jianfu and Ananda. He showed a strong interest in painting from a young age and gained insights into painting principles through on-site sketching, forming his own unique artistic style.
