沈铨（1682～1762后），字衡之，号南苹，浙江德清人。工花鸟走兽，以精密妍丽见长。雍正七年应日本国王之聘赴日本，侨居长崎三年。誉为“舶来画家第一”，对日本画坛影响甚大，颇负盛名。Shen Quan (after 1682~1762), Zihengzhi, Nanping, was born in Deqing, Zhejiang. He is known for her precision and beauty. In the seventh year of Yongzheng, he went to Japan at the appointment of the King of Japan and lived in Nagasaki for three years. Known as "the first foreign painter", he has a great influence on the Japanese painting circle and is quite famous.
